APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-07-31: Mark and Lisa Kitz, south side of Laurel (19238) between Bridge Street and the cul-de-sac, seeking to erect a six-foot-tall privacy fence in each side yard of an existing residence, resulting in the fence being beyond the rear line of each side of the residence toward the street, which is not allowed and has not obtained the adjacent property owner’s approval.

APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-07-32: Michael Ramsden, south side of Greenland (32525) between Hubbard and the cul-de-sac, seeking to erect a detached garage while maintaining an existing attached garage, resulting in excessive number of garages and garage area.

APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-07-33: Michigan Columbus Federal Credit Union, south side of Six Mile (30419) between Ryan and Oporto, seeking to add an additional panel in an existing ground sign, which is an electronic message center (EMC), resulting in excess sign area and the EMC board is not allowed in this zoning district. Electronic message boards are not permitted where, as here, the signage on the site does not fully comply with zoning ordinance limitations.

APPEAL CASE NO. 2021-07-34: MJC Inkster Industrial, LLC, 46600 Romeo Plank Road, Ste. 5, Macomb, MI  48044, on behalf of Lessee, Lisi Automotive Hi-Vol, Inc., west side of Inkster (12955) between Schoolcraft and the C&O Railroad, seeking to erect a two-story addition on the front of an existing building, resulting in deficient front yard setback.
