AGENDA OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

AGENDA ITEM(S):

1.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-09-22, Steven Ray, 31041 Six Mile Rd., seeking to erect an additional accessory building (30’x50’) on property resulting in excess number of accessory building and total building area.

2.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-09-23, Phil Kupras, 16023 Merriman Rd: seeking to construct two separate additions on the rear of an existing dwelling, resulting in a deficient rear yard setback.

3.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-09-24, Souad Massoud, 37437 Lancaster St: seeking to erect an accessory building within the side yard, also the corner side yard setback, which is not allowed. The slab and rat wall have been placed without permits. Accessory building must be located in the rear yard, not in the side yard or within the corner side street setback.

4.    APPEAL CASE NO. 2023-09-25, Dover Development on behalf of Ron Emling, 34430 and 34434 Rosati: seeking to erect an industrial building on industrial properties resulting in deficient front yard setback, deficient landscaping for parking areas over 40 spaces. Also, the truck loading/unloading docs are located in the front yard setback, which is not allowed. Lots 8, 9 and 10 need to be combined into one parcel. A cross parking/access agreement is required between lot 7 and lots 8-10.
