1) REAPPOINTMENT OF LYNDA SCHEEL TO THE LIVONIA BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three year term which will expire on November 24, 2023.
 
2) REAPPOINTMENT OF JACK ENGEBRETSON TO THE LIVONIA BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three year term which will expire on November 24, 2023.
 
3) REAPPOINTMENT OF STEVEN VANDETTE TO THE LIVONIA BROWNFIELD REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three year term which will expire on November 24, 2023.
 
4) REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE FIVE (5) POWER LOAD AMBULANCE COT LOADING SYSTEMS: Livonia Fire Department, re: to replace equipment that has exceeded the life expectancy and improve worker and patient safety, from budgeted funds.
 
5) REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO CONTRACT FOR PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE (PRV) REPLACEMENT: Department of Public Works, re: to facilitate the project of installing a PRV at 8 Mile & Newburgh (PRV-4) in the amount of $30,700. (CR 365-16), from the Unexpended Fund balance.
 
6) REQUEST TO APPROVE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GREAT LAKES WATER AUTHORITY AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA: Department of Public Works, re: for improvements affecting westbound Schoolcraft Road from Melvin Street to Middlebelt Road in an amount not to exceed $603,946.29, from budgeted funds.
 
7) REQUEST TO APPROVE FINAL COST INFORMATION AND TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE: Engineering Division, re: for the 2020 Sidewalk Program - Contract 20-G. (CR 123-20)
 
8) REQUEST TO EXTEND CONTRACT WITH JV CONTRACTING INC.: Engineering Division, re: for the 2021 Lane Line Marking Program (Contract 21-H) at the unit prices from the 2020 contract unit prices, from budgeted funds. (CR 124-20)
 
9) REQUEST TO APPROVE PROPOSED 2021 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM: Engineering Division, re: to include two target areas, one in Section 18 and one along Merriman Road from Schoolcraft Road to Five Mile Road, along with scattered locations throughout the City. (CR 784-82)

10) ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended: Department of Law, re: Petition 2020-09-06-02, to amend Section 31.03 - Uses Permitted, to expand the list of permitted uses to include beneficial forest management practices, such as the removal of invasive species, and selective trail construction in accordance with the City’s Master Parks and Recreation Plan and nonmotorized transportation plan, Livonia Bike Walk. (CR 12-21)
First Reading given by Councilmember Scott Bahr on Monday, February 8, 2021.
 
11) REQUEST FOR WAIVER USE EXTENSION TO NEW USER: Melissa Wojnar-Raycraft, representative of Mike Cox Law Firm, on behalf of XiaoPing Hoob, re: Petition 2014-10-02-14, submitted by Elite Foot Spa, LLC, to operate a massage establishment on property located on the southeast corner of Plymouth and Stark Roads {34389 Plymouth Road) in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33. (CR 373-14)
 
12) REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF COMMITMENT AND RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF LIVONIA TO JOIN AARP’S AGE-FRIENDLY COMMUNTIES NETWORK: Housing Commission, re: as part of Livonia's Five-Year Consolidated Plan to promote successful aging and improve the quality of life for all residents.
 
13) ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSE TO CR 19-21: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: subject matter of the Silver Sneakers membership program at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center.

NEW BUSINESS

14) ACCEPTANCE OF DONATIONS: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: of cash and gifts from various contributors to be used for the purposes as designated by donors.
