COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Available on
Friday, April 16 for Livonia Residents 18 and older
Dear Livonia Resident,
I am excited to share that we are able to offer more COVID-19 vaccine appointments for Livonia residents including ones for those ages 18 and older at the Livonia Civic Park Senior Center on Friday, April 16, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please look carefully at the registration times. Some appointments are reserved for those persons 50 and older.
Wayne County will be providing us the Johnson and Johnson vaccine for appointments on April 14 and 16. The Johnson and Johnson vaccine only requires one shot. If you have already received your first dose of Pfizer vaccine at the Senior Center, you have been automatically scheduled for a second-dose appointment exactly three weeks from the day and time of your first dose.
By clicking the link below, you will be sent to our registration page. Please sign in using your existing CivicRec account to secure an appointment. Individuals without an account will need to create one to register online for an appointment or can also do so by calling our COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline at (734) 466-2019 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. We ask that you try to make your appointment online. If you are unable to register online, please use the hotline phone number to schedule your appointment. Please do not call other City of Livonia Departments as they are not able to assist you.

If you need help creating an account or registering for an appointment, please review our step-by-step guide. If you do not receive an email confirmation from the City of Livonia Parks & Recreation Department, you may not have completed all the steps and your appointment has not been scheduled.
How to Create An Account and/or Schedule a COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment
As you know, demand for the COVID-19 vaccine still far outweighs supply, so appointments are limited. If you cannot make an appointment for April 16, please check our website for more opportunities. We hope to announce opportunities as more vaccine supply becomes available to us.
We continue to be focused on vaccinating our most vulnerable populations here in Livonia, so we encourage all residents to seek out opportunities to be vaccinated through their healthcare provider or local pharmacy. For more information about Vaccinate Livonia, please review our Frequently Asked Questions Document.
If you register for an appointment and then receive your vaccine through another provider, please contact us to cancel your appointment so that we can offer the opportunity to someone else.
