COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination Clinic at the Civic Park Senior Center

The Wayne County sponsored COVID-19 testing and vaccination clinic at the Livonia Civic Park Senior Center (15218 Farmington Road) will be open Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Fridays from noon-4 p.m.

The clinic will be offering additional boosters for anyone who is 50 or older and individuals 18 and older who are immunocompromised or have other specific health issues. No appointment is necessary for vaccination or testing services.

All approved COVID-19 vaccines will be on hand and both PCR and rapid COVID-19 testing is available on site. The clinic is run by Honu Management Group, who was hired by Wayne County to run the site.

COVID-19 testing at the site is drive-up only. Residents seeking testing are asked to park in the marked signs at the northeast corner of the Senior Center. Vaccinations will take place inside the Senior Center.

Residents seeking COVID-19 vaccinations are asked to enter the north entrance of the senior center, behind Sam’s Place restaurant. Residents can follow the posted signage for help in finding the north entrance.
