a.    Communication from the Department of Finance, dated March 20, 2023, re: forwarding various financial statements of the City of Livonia for the month ending December 31, 2022.

CONSENT AGENDA

1. REQUEST FOR DESIGNATION AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION: Melissa Degen, Events Director, The Women's Council of Realtors 275 Corridor, re: as required by the State of Michigan to obtain a Charitable Gaming License to allow raffle fundraisers in the future.

2. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TWO (2) FORD 2023 F250 SUPER CAB 4x4 PICKUP TRUCKS THROUGH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF VEHICLE PROCUREMENT AND MACOMB COUNTY CONTRACT 21-18: Livonia Housing Commission, re: for use by Housing Maintenance Staff at Silver Village and Newburgh Village, from budgeted funds.

3. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Economic Development, re: to provide technical assistance for Livonia Small Business Grantee award winners of Livonia small businesses, utilizing grant funds.

4. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Economic Development, re: to provide technical assistance for Livonia Small Business Grantee award winners of Livonia micro-businesses, utilizing grant funds.

5.  AWARD OF BID: Department of Public Works, re: for Newburgh Village Housing Improvements, from budgeted funds.

6. REQUEST TO AMEND THE CONTRACT WITH ANDERSON, ECKSTEIN & WESTRICK, INC. (AEW) FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2022 CONCRETE ROAD PROGRAM (CONTRACT 22-C):  Engineering Division, re: same (CR 336-21, CR 89-22 and CR 76-23).

7.  AWARD OF CONTRACT:  Engineering Division, re: for the 2023 Concrete Road Paving Program, Contract 23-C.

8. REQUEST TO AMEND THE CONTRACT WITH ANDERSON, ECKSTEIN & WESTRICK, INC. (AEW) FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2023 CONCRETE ROAD PROGRAM (CONTRACT 23-C):  Engineering Division, re: same. (CR 336-21)

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

9. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to amend Section 010 to Title 10, Chapter 21 (Impounded Vehicles), in order to reflect the requested changes to the vehicle redemption conditions and costs and fees (i.e., towing fees, storage fees, etc.).

First Reading given by Councilmember Scott Bahr on March 22, 2023.

10. LANGUAGE CHANGE: Petition 2023-01-06-01, submitted by the City of Livonia Planning Commission, pursuant to Section 13.15 of the Livonia Vision 21 Zoning Ordinance, as amended, and under Public Act 110 of 2006 (Michigan Zoning Enabling Act), as amended, to consider multiple revisions to the Livonia Vision 21 Zoning Ordinance to correct certain defects, add and delete provisions, and provide clarification to others.

11.AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT: Engineering Division, re: for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) Grant - Greenmead Regional Detention Pond Project Phase I, Whispering Willows Channel Storage Improvements. (CR 95-22, 156-22 and 33-23)
