UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance No. 3160, as amended, Department of Law, re: Petition 2023-01-06-01, to consider multiple revisions to the Zoning Ordinance No. 3160, to correct certain defects, add and delete provisions, and provide clarification to others.

a. First Reading as Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, given by Councilmember Scott Bahr on April 10, 2023.

b.  First Reading as Livonia Vision 21 Zoning Ordinance, as amended, given by Councilmember Brandon McCullough on April 10, 2023.

NEW BUSINESS

2. REQUEST TO ACCEPT LICENSE AGREEMENT: Department of Law, re: between the City of Livonia and ADCS, LLC, to allow the 16th District Courthouse to perform drug testing services for defendants who are required to do so by court order.
