1. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT: Razvan T. Ghiorghiu, re: for the newly constructed home at 11401 Hubbell St.

2. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT: Richard Hurley, Soave/Oro Construction, LLC, re: for the newly constructed home at 19619 Angling Road.

3. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE (1) 2023 DODGE CHARGER UTILIZING STATE OF MICHIGAN BID PRICING: Division of Police, re: to replace a high-mileage existing vehicle, from budgeted funds.

4. AWARD OF BID: Community Resources and Communications Department, re: for the purchase, installation, and training of camera equipment to be used by the Cable Department, from budgeted funds.

5. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE FOUR (4) FORD ESCAPES UTILIZING STATE OF MICHIGAN BID PRICING: Inspection Department, re: to replace current, outdated vehicles, from budgeted funds.

6. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: for the planning and design of the Golf Course Master Plan for the three Livonia courses, from budgeted funds.

7. AWARD OF BID: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: for wayfinding fabrication and installation of signage throughout the parks system, from budgeted funds.

8. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSERVATION EASEMENT: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: an EGLE Conservation Easement along the Bell Branch of the Rouge River within Blue Grass Park.

9. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF SPLASH PAD FEATURES AT JACK E. KIRKSEY RECREATION CENTER THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL PURCHASING PROGRAM: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: to replace existing features, from budgeted funds.

10. REQUEST TO EXTEND CONTRACT WITH ERG ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES: Department of Public Works, re: for Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off for a four-year extension, from the Municipal Refuse Fund. (CR 361-19)

11. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from The Salvation Army, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for the newly renovated Salvation Army located at 33600 Plymouth Road, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28.

12. REQUEST TO RECEIVE A LETTER OF SUPPORT FROM CITY COUNCIL: Kyle Morton, Ashley Capital, re: in order to provide supportive documentation pertaining to the acquisition of parcel owned by MDOT for the Conservation Easement along the Bell Branch of the Rouge River.

13. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from Aletha B. Phipps Apartments, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for the newly constructed apartments located on the west side of Farmington Road, south of Five Mile Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21.

14. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from HFI8, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for the New Gas Station, located at 27430 Seven Mile Road, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1.

15. REQUEST TO SCHEDULE A CLOSED COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING: Department of Law, re: for the purpose of discussing pending litigation and attorney/client privileged communications with respect to Middlebelt Plymouth Venture, LLC v City of Livonia; U.S. District Court Case No. 2:22-cv-12734.
