PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS

1. Petition 2024-04-02-07 submitted by Health Vista L.L.C. requesting waiver use approval under Section 6.37 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to operate a massage establishment at 33242 Seven Mile Road, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road between Farmington Road and Mayfield Avenue in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3.

2. Petition 2024-04-02-08 submitted by Sun Massage Spa requesting waiver use approval under Section 6.37 of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to operate a massage establishment at 28477 Five Mile Road, located on the south side of Five Mile Road between Harrison Avenue and Middlebelt Road in the Northwest ¼ of Section 24.
