1. BLOCK PARTY: Mary Nulph, re: to be held Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Perth Street, between Arden and Berwick Streets.
2. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S NOISE ORDINANCE: Richard Warner, re: to host a family gathering with a DJ at the property located at 33901 Hathaway Street, on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
3. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S NOISE ORDINANCE: Matt Parnell, Old Rosedale Gardens Homeowners Association, re: to host a family-friendly movie at Kleinert Park, on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4. REQUEST TO DEDICATE A PARKING LOT IN EMERSON OAKS SITE CONDOMINIUMS: Enrico E. Soave, Emerson Oaks-Livonia, LLC, re: for the dedication of a parking lot within Emerson Oaks Site Condominiums, as required in warranty deed.
5. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2024-05-02-09 submitted by Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa, requesting waiver use to operate a massage establishment at 32003 Plymouth Road, located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Merriman and Hubbard Roads in the Northeast ¼ of Section 34.
6. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2023-06-02-08 submitted by Meijer, Inc., requesting waiver use approval to utilize an SDM liquor license (sale of packaged beer and wine products for consumption off the premises) in connection with the operation of a new Meijer store at 33500 Seven Mile Road, located on the northwest corner of Seven Mile and Farmington Roads in the Southeast ¼ of Section 4.
7. AWARD OF BID: Livonia Housing Commission, re: for the replacement of fifty-four, thirty-gallon hot water heaters at Silver Village from budgeted funds.
8. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TWO HEAVY-DUTY 18' CONTINENTAL CARGO TRAILERS THROUGH THE STATE OF MICHIGAN BID PROCESS: Department of Public Works, re: to be used by the Public Works Division, from budgeted funds.
9. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE PURCHASE OF 60 CASES OF NATULAR XRT TABLETS: Department of Public Works, re: for the 2024 Mosquito Treatment Program, from budgeted funds.
10. REQUEST TO ACCEPT STORM WATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT: Engineering Division, re: from EROP, LLC, in conjunction with the construction of a storm drain system that provides adequate drainage for the newly constructed Whitewater Express Car Wash located at 30471 Plymouth Road, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 35.

13. REQUEST TO APPROVE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS: Engineering Division, re: to assure the installation of public improvements at Trevi Court Condominium, located on the south side of Plymouth Road, east of Levan Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32. (CR 287-23)

14. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Housing Commission and Planning Department, re: to amend Chapter 3.12, Senior Citizens Housing Tax Exemption.
First Reading given by Councilmember Jim Jolly on August 26, 2024.
15. REQUEST TO RECONSIDER A PROPOSED LOT SPLIT: Department of Assessment, re: for the property located on the South of Eight Mile Road, West of Newburgh and East of I-275, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 6 (38449 Eight Mile Road) and to waive the deficiency in lot area requirements relative to Parcels "A" and "B" (Tax Item 021-99-0004-008), which failed on August 7, 2024, for lack of support.
16. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Engineering Division, re: for the installation and commission of the new air-cooled chiller at the Robert and Janet Bennett Civic Center Library, from budgeted funds. (CR 106-24)
