5. AWARD OF BID: Department of Public Works, Building Maintenance, re: for custodial supplies, from budgeted funds.
6. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE VENDORS FOR EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Department of Public Works, re: to allow authorized vendors to perform equipment repairs in an amount not-to-exceed $400,000, for fiscal year 2025, from budgeted funds.
7. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE (1) 2025 CASE BACKHOE MODEL 580SN THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL CONTRACT (FORMERLY NJPA): Department of Public Works, re: to be used by the Roads Department, from budgeted funds.

REQUEST TO APPROVE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CHARTER COUNTY OF WAYNE AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA: Engineering Division, re: for the Five Mile Road and Levan Road Intersection Traffic Signal Modernization, with the proposed City's participation to be estimated at 50%, in the total amount of $76,120, from budgeted funds.
