1. REAPPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM TANCILL TO THE LIVONIA BOARD OF REVIEW: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three-year term, which will expire on February 16, 2028.

2. REAPPOINTMENT OF RICHARD MCDOWELL TO THE LIVONIA BOARD OF ETHICS: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three-year term, which will expire on March 1, 2028.

4. REQUEST TO APPROVE ALLIANCE OF ROUGE COMMUNITIES (ARC) ANNUAL ASSESSMENT FOR 2025: Department of Public Works, re: in the amount of $38,724.00, from budgeted funds.

5. AWARD OF BID: Department of Public Works, Building Maintenance, re: for custodial supplies, from budgeted funds.

6. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE VENDORS FOR EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Department of Public Works, re: to allow authorized vendors to perform equipment repairs in an amount not-to-exceed $400,000, for fiscal year 2025, from budgeted funds.

7. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE (1) 2025 CASE BACKHOE MODEL 580SN THROUGH THE SOURCEWELL CONTRACT (FORMERLY NJPA): Department of Public Works, re: to be used by the Roads Department, from budgeted funds.

8. REQUEST TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED 2025 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM: Engineering Division, re: to include approximately 554 locations throughout the City (784-82)

9. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE THE 2025 ASPHALT ROAD PROGRAM BY EXTENDING THE CONTRACT 24-A UNIT PRICES WITH NAGLE PAVING COMPANY: Engineering Division, re: for Contract 25-A in the amount of $4,275,775.10 from budgeted funds. (CR 94-23 and CR 126-24)

10. REQUEST TO AMEND THE CONTRACT WITH OHM ADVISORS FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE 2025 ASPHALT ROAD PROGRAM (CONTRACT 25-A): Engineering Division, re: same. (CR 336-21)

16. REQUEST TO APPROVE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CHARTER COUNTY OF WAYNE AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA: Engineering Division, re: for the Five Mile Road and Levan Road Intersection Traffic Signal Modernization, with the proposed City's participation to be estimated at 50%, in the total amount of $76,120, from budgeted funds.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Vincenzo Longo, Owner of Vision Family Homes, LLC, in order to obtain the necessary road right-of-way to Parcel ID #46-006-99-0113-001 (31050 Pembroke Avenue) in the Northwest ¼ of Section 2.
