1. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S NOISE ORDINANCE: Jake Turland, re: to host an album release party at 34286 Trillium Ct. on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. REAPPOINTMENT OF JAMES MCCANN TO THE LIVONIA BOARD OF ETHICS: Office of the Mayor, re: for a three-year term, which will expire on March 1, 2028.
3. AWARD OF BID: Department of Public Works, re: the Bicentennial Park irrigation system installation, from budgeted funds.
4. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCCESS, EXTEND CONTRACT WITH ENGINEERED COMFORT SYSTEMS, INC. AND AUTHORIZE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE: Engineering Division, re: to include the Livonia Police Department HVAC chiller installation. (CR 389-24)
5. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE THE 2025 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM BY EXTENDING CONTRACT 24-G UNIT PRICES WITH JOE ROTONDO CONSTRUCTION CORP. AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE AN APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE TO PRECISION CONCRETE CUTTING, INC.; Engineering Division, re: for Contract 25-G, in the amount of $1,174,782.25. (CR 74-24)

8. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to amend Sections 007 and 010 of Title 5, Chapter 42, in order to simplify the language.
9. REQUEST FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL ON PROPOSED LOT SPLIT: Department of Assessment, re: for the property located North of Seven Mile Road and East of Farmington Road, in the SW 1/4 Section 3; 19303, 19307, 19311, 19315, 19319 Shadyside (Petition 2025-01-LS-01). To waive the lot-width requirement for proposed Parcels "A", "B", and "C".
10. REQUEST TO APPROVE THE LIVONIA FIRE FIGHTERS' UNION COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT: Civil Service Department, re: for the period of December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2027.
11. REQUEST TO APPROVE SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFIT ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF FIRE CHIEF AND DEPUTY CHIEF: Civil Service Department, re: for the period of December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2027.
