1. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE: Department of Public Works, re: for the emergency repair of Vactor truck number 342, from budgeted funds. 

2. REQUEST FOR WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) SEWER LINE RAPID ASSESSMENT TOOL (SL-RAT): Department of Public Works, re: to be used by the Sewer Department; from budgeted funds. 

3. REQUEST TO APPROVE A TWO-YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH D’ANGELO BROTHERS, INC.: Department of Public Works, re: to perform water main taps and service connections along with emergency water and sewer repairs at various locations throughout the city in an amount not to exceed $375,000.00 annually, from budgeted funds. 4. AWARD OF BID: Engineering Division, re: Robert and Janet Bennett Civic Center Library - ADA Bathroom Construction, from budgeted funds.

6. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to amend Sections 110, 120 and 220 of Title 6 (Animals), Chapter 01, pet licensing policies. 

7. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Title 3, Chapter 4 (Financial Ordinance), in order to establish a Chief Financial Officer position and designate the reporting responsibilities under said CFO. 

8. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Title 2, Chapter 23 (Department of Information Systems), in order to designate the City's Chief Financial Officer as the direct manager of the Director of Information Systems. 

9. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Title 2, by repealing Chapter 25 (Capital Improvement Ordinance) in its entirety.  

10. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to amend Sections 007 and 010 of Title 5, Chapter 42, in order to simplify the language. First Reading given by Councilmember Rob Donovic on March 31, 2025. 

11. Proposed Special Assessment Street Lighting Project for the Baci’s Estates Condominium, located on the south side of Parkdale Avenue, east of Levan Road, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 32. (To Determine Necessity) Public Hearing held on Monday, March 31, 2025 

12. Proposed Special Assessment Street Lighting Project for the Sunset View Site Condominium and Sunset Subdivision, located on Sunset Avenue, north of Kenwood Court, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 2. (To Determine Necessity) Public Hearing held on Monday, March 31, 2025

13. REQUEST TO AMEND THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT THROUGH QUALIFICATION BASED (QBS) SELECTION PROCESS: Engineering Division, OHM Advisors Preliminary Engineering (PE) Design Services for the Newburgh Road Reconstruction Project, Ann Arbor Trail to Plymouth Road. (CR142-24) 

14. REQUEST TO RELEASE DEVELOPMENT BONDS: Engineering Division, re: for Livonia Manor III Site Condominium, located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, between Canterbury Avenue and Shrewsbury Drive in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3. (CR 09-21) 

15. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Pastor 4G's LLC, for a public utility easement in connection with Scooter's Coffee & Lickity Split Development, in the Northwest ¼ of Section 10. (Tax I.D. No.46-038-99-0027-002) 

16. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from TCM Development, LLC, for a public utility easement in connection with the development of a new sanitary sewer constructed at 19400 Newburgh Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5. (Tax I.D. No. 46-019-99-0003-001). 

17. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from TCM Development, LLC, for a public utility easement in connection with the development of a new sanitary sewer constructed at 19414 Newburgh Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5. (Tax I.D. No. 46-019-99-0003-002). 

18. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from TCM Development LLC, for a public utility easement in connection with the development of a new sanitary sewer constructed at 19428 Newburgh Road, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 5. (Tax I.D. No. 46-019-99-0003-003).
