1. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY’S NOISE ORDINANCE: Judy Tenaglia, re: to host a gathering with live music in the backyard of their home located at 15367 Susanna Circle, on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

2. REQUEST TO BARRICADE CITY STREETS: Jared Keyes, re: on Van Court between Levan and Raleigh, on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in order to host a wedding reception on the grounds of Christadelphians Church.

3.  BLOCK PARTY: Caren Shatter, re: to be held Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sussex Street between Sherwood and Fitzgerald Streets, with a rain date of Sunday, September 7, 2025.

6. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2025-06-02-12 submitted by Penske Automotive Group, requesting waiver use approval to operate an automobile repair facility in connection with Bill Brown Ford, at 11813 Hubbard Street, located on the west side of Hubbard Road between Plymouth Road and Capitol Avenue in the Southwest ¼ of Section 27.

7. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Livonia Public Library, re: the website redesign, implementation, training, hosting, and optional services, from budgeted funds.

8.  AWARD OF CONTRACT: Greenleaf Commission and Department of Public Works, re: software, web access and tools to assist residents with recycling information on the city website for a period of three years, from budgeted funds.

9.  AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Public Works, Public Service Division, re: the 2026-2031 Supplemental Routine Street Sweeping Program at the 2016 contract unit prices, from budgeted funds.
