20. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to amend Sections 110, 120 and 220 of Title 6 (Animals), Chapter 01, in order to regulate the keeping of racing pigeons.

21. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Title 12, Chapter 18 (Naming of Public Places and Buildings), Section 020 to name the new senior facility as the Livonia Senior Wellness Center.

22. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to amend Section 100 of Title 9, Chapter 56 (Malicious Mischief), to modernize the language used in the malicious use of a telephone ordinance.

23. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to amend Chapter 88 of Title 9 (Sale of Tobacco Products to Persons Under Age 21), to mirror the penalties of the state statue and tailor the language of the ordinance to prohibit the use of a nicotine vape in school buildings.

24. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to add Section 045 of Title 9, Chapter 04 (Obstructing Officers and City Business), in order to give additional protection to a person that is making an emergency call and to criminalize the act of interfering with emergency services.
