4. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE SEALED BID PROCESS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Public Works, re: for the removal of the fuel island at Whispering Willows golf course in a not-to-exceed amount of $24,828, from budgeted funds.

5. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Department of Public Works, re: for additional tree planting, in the amount of $70,000, with funds to be reimbursed from MEDC grant proceeds.

6. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Department of Public Works; re: for hazardous waste fees, in the amount of $150,000, from budgeted funds.
