17. REQUEST TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE: Plymouth Road Development Authority, re: to amend the district boundaries of the downtown district of the Plymouth Road Development Authority pursuant to Act 57 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 2018.

19. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Department of Civil Service, re: in an amount of $5,000 above the not-to-exceed amount of $30,000 to Empco to continue to provide Assessment Center services, for the fiscal year 2024-2025, from budgeted funds.
20. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Department of Civil Service, re: in a not-to-exceed amount of $35,000 to Empco for the promotional testing of Police Lieutenant, Police Sergeant, Senior Fire Captain, and additional testing, for the fiscal year 2025-2026, from budgeted funds.
