NEW BUSINESS

1. REQUEST TO EXTEND CONTRACT WITH ALLIE BROTHERS, INC: Division of Police, re: for a period of three years with a three percent increase, in order to supply Police Department uniforms, from budgeted funds.

2. REQUEST TO WAIVE THE FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS AND APPROVE RENEWAL OF A SOLE SOURCE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT: Division of Police, re: for a term of three years with Brett M. Naumcheff, of the Michigan Police Legal Advisor Group, from budgeted funds.

3. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Finance Department, re: to provide limited Accounting and Financial Services due to department vacancies, in a not-to-exceed amount of $70,000, from budgeted funds.

4. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE: Finance Department, re: additional accounting services related to the financial audit for the year ended November 30, 2024, from unexpended funds.

5. REQUEST TO RELEASE GENERAL OBLIGATION LIMITED TAX BONDS: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: for the purposes of paying for all or part of the costs of acquiring, constructing, furnishing and equipping improvements to Shelden Park.

6. REQUEST TO APPROVE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH TIVITY HEALTH: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: to continue providing Silver Sneakers memberships at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center.

7. REQUEST TO APPROVE SUBLEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF LIVONIA AND LIVONIA CIVIC ARENAS: Department of Parks and Recreation, re: Devon-aire and Eddie Edgar arenas for the term of August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2031, with an additional five-year extension.

8. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE TWO 2026 JOHN DEERE GATORS XUV845M WITH VARIOUS ATTACHMENTS AND ONE JOHN DEERE UTILITY TRACTOR, THROUGH THE MiDEAL CONSORTIUM: Department of Public Works, re: from 2026 budgeted funds.

9. PROPOSED 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE: City Council President Brandon McCullough, re: in accordance with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, 1976 P.A. 267, as amended.
