WAIVER PETITION: Petition 2026-01-02-02 submitted by J&J Land Holdings, LLC, requesting waiver use approval to construct a gas station, including a convenience store and carryout restaurant, at 13400 Newburgh Road, located at the southeast corner of Newburgh and Schoolcraft Roads in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29.

Department of Fire and Rescue

7. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE (1) 2027 OR NEWER LIFE LINE TYPE-1 SUPERLINER AMBULANCE: to replace the current frontline vehicle as part of our vehicle replacement program, from budgeted funds.

8. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE FOUR (4) 2026 FORD F150 SUPER CREW 4X4 XLT PICKUP TRUCKS: to replace current frontline vehicles, from budgeted funds.

9. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE GRAIL-GALLERI CANCER SCREENING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: to provide early cancer screenings for firefighters, from budgeted funds.

10. AWARD OF BID AND REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION OF A BUDGET AMENDMENT: for removal and replacement of sections of cart paths at all three city golf courses, from budgeted funds.

11. REQUEST TO APPROVE THE SEVENTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC., d/b/a AT&T WIRELESS PCS, LLC: to accommodate a request to move and upgrade the equipment on the tower. (CR 324-21, 20-21, 241-20, 406-18, 29-12, 120-98 and 18-97)
