Housing Overview

McNamara Towers is a retirement community of 136 one-bedroom apartments that serve Livonia's low and moderate-income senior citizens. McNamara Towers is ideally located near the Livonia Marketplace shopping center and the Carl Sandburg Public Library. The residents of McNamara Towers can use our Liv&Go program which travels to local area banks, shopping centers, the Civic Park Senior Center and health care facilities. Residents enjoy many social and recreational activities.
