Sponsorship Opportunities
We recognize that each business may want to contribute in a different way, so we offer a range of sponsorship options for you to show your community you care! Each sponsorship package represents a different degree of commitment and allows for businesses of all sizes to participate.
CUSTOMIZED SPONSORSHIPS
Take up the challenge and start reaping the benefits today! Customized sponsorship opportunities come in all shapes and sizes. Our goal is to work with you to create a package with your marketing needs in mind. Below are just a few ideas to get started:
Name an rock climbing wall, scoreboard, Fitness Hub, or pool.
Fitness Hub
A naming sponsorship of the Fitness Hub – featuring 100+ pieces of fitness equipment – allows the Parks and Recreation Department to upgrade equipment on a more frequent basis. In doing so, the community will have increased access to state-of-the-art fitness equipment.
For $10,000 annually, the Fit Hub at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center can be named as the “Your Business Fit Hub.” Sponsorship would include a 4x6 logo banner within the Fit Hub and a 2x5 wayfinding banner; recognition on all promotional materials, social media posts, and website references for the area; an after-hours event with your staff to enjoy and experience the named area; recognition on the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center LED screens; recognition four times per year in the weekly e-newsletter (19,000+ subscribers); a full-page ad in the Connections magazine (40,000+ residences); and a business booth at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center four days per year.
Rock Climbing Wall
A naming sponsorship of the 43-feet rock climbing wall at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center allows the Parks and Recreation Department to offer more climbing routes, upgraded equipment and additional classes and learning opportunities for all ages.
For $10,000 annually, the rock climbing wall at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center can be named as the “Your Business Climbing Wall.” Sponsorship would include a 4x6 logo banner facing the lobby and a 2x5 wayfinding banner; recognition on all promotional materials, social media posts, and website references for the area; an after-hours event with your staff to enjoy and experience the named area; recognition on the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center LED screens; recognition four times per year in the weekly e-newsletter (19,000+ subscribers); a full-page ad in the Connections magazine (40,000+ residences); and a business booth at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center four days per year.
Leisure or Lap Pool
The Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center features a Leisure Pool with 6,500-square-feet of water that encourages adventure and unbelievable fun. This intriguing area begins with a zero-depth entrance where you can walk thru or around a water playground with sprays and geysers. Stroll to the lazy river where you can enjoy a leisurely ride on an innertube, enjoy a relaxing moment in the spa or swim in the four-lane, 25-yard warm-up pool. A sponsorship allows us to provide upgraded equipment and additional aquatic fitness classes and learn-to-swim classes for all ages in the leisure pool, or to upgrade competition equipment and maintenance/upgrading existing decking and flooring in the lap pool.
For $10,000 annually, one of the pools at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center can be named as the “Your Business Leisure Pool” or “Your Business Lap Pool.” There would be signage recognizing the company as sponsor for the area (4x6 banner); you’d receive an after-hours event with your staff to enjoy and experience the named area; a full-page ad in the Connections magazine (40,000+ residences); recognition four times per year in the weekly e-newsletter (19,000+ subscribers); recognition on all promotional materials, social media posts, and website references for the area; recognition on the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center LED screens; a business booth at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center 10 times per year; and a picture plaque for display at your business.
Scoreboard
Name a scoreboard at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center for $2,000 per year.
We offer a wide variety of athletic programs for men, women, boys and girls. Programs include softball, baseball, basketball leagues and more. All athletic program sponsorships last for one year. Please see the link below for more information on specific sport and sponsorship level opportunities.
Each sponsor at a minimum receives recognition on all promotional materials and social media posts (9,000+ followers), a picture plaque for display at your business, and a thank you in the Connections magazine (40,000+ residences).

The child must be 17 years old or younger and a resident of Livonia. Financial Aid Funding is on an 85/15 match, with Livonia Parks and Recreation paying 85% and the parent/guardian paying 15% of the fee per approved program; within the maximum $300 in assistance per year.
