Liv&Go

Program

Liv&Go is a transportation service for patrons of Livonia. Our service allows people to get to doctor appointments, shopping areas, physical therapy, salons, employment, and more. Transportation is available to locations within the City of Livonia and up to one mile outside the city limits for medical appointments only. Liv&Go cannot accommodate children younger than 18 years of age. Non-residents traveling within city limits are also eligible. Service hours are between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, whenever Livonia Public Schools closes due to inclement weather, this service also does not run.

Making Reservations

Liv&Go provides users with a new routing system powered by Via that allows residents to book ride appointments, track their rides in real time and make payments all on their smartphones. You can make a reservation online or download the app from the App Store on your iPhone or from Google Play on your Android. Cash payment options will remain available for those who prefer. 

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you do not wish to use the app, call the Liv&Go office at (734) 466-2700 to make a reservation by phone. If you are using Liv&Go for the first time, you will be asked your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, mobility status, and the address of where you are going.

Transit Fares

The cost per ride is $3 each way. Passengers paying in cash must have exact fare or a bus ticket when boarding the bus. Drivers do not carry cash, so they cannot make change. Individual tickets cost $3. Punch tickets, good for ten rides, can be purchased for $30. For more information, please call the Liv&Go office at (734) 466-2700.
